About UsACE Accounting Services, LLC was established in 2015 by Amy Eaves and Cody Eaves. This is the beginning of their lifelong goal to own and operate their own Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Income Tax business. Their desire is to operate ACE Accounting full-time within the next 5 to 10 years. For now, they're burning the midnight oil working from their kitchen table (the place where most small businesses start). Both Amy and Cody enjoy the client interaction aspect of their business the most. They love sitting down one-on-one with their clients and easing their accounting-related fear and anxiety. They also take the time to fully understand you and/or your business to better serve you now and in the future.

Managing Partner - Cody Eaves, MBA, CPA

Cody is the founding partner of ACE Accounting Services, LLC. He is a lifelong resident of the Farmington area and currently resides with his family on Woodgate St near the Armory. He attended Farmington High School, graduating in 2003. He then pursued his undergraduate degree by first attending Mineral Area College and then proceeding to Central Methodist University where he graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting in 2007. He then went directly into the evening graduate program of Missouri Baptist University finishing his Master of Business Administration degree in 2009. It was also 2009 that he successfully passed all 4 parts of the Uniform CPA Exam. He has been a licensed, registered CPA since that time.
Cody has held a full-time job since his graduation from high school in 2003. His experience is vast and he has worked for companies across many different industries. He has vast experience beginning with a local family-owned hardware store, a local multi-national manufacturing company, an investor-owned utility located in St. Louis, a Farmington CPA firm, and he has also spent several years as a professor of evening business and accounting courses at two local colleges. He is currently employed full-time as the Accounting Coordinator at Black River Electric Cooperative in Fredericktown, MO. He has also started and operated 3 LLC's; currently managing both ACE Accounting Services, LLC and EAVES Investment Properties, LLC. In his free time, he thoroughly enjoys spending his time at home or on the road with his family. Cody can most often be seen hanging out with his min-me, Johnny, but he and Amy also stay busy keeping up with the many activities that their other children Alec and Alyssa participate in. Whether it's football practice, dance competitions, or just a day at the park, Cody simply enjoys being with those he loves the most - his family. He also spends significant time managing the family farm with his father and participating in leadership at his local Elks Lodge #1765. |

She has completed graduate studies off and on during the last several years and still plans to complete her Master of Business Administration Degree in the future.
Amy has held a full-time job since her graduation from high school in 1998. She has worked as a waitress for a national chain restaurant, supervisor for a Farmington CPA firm, and as Controller of a large manufacturing company. Her most relevant experience comes from her 10+ years as Senior Staff Accountant for a local CPA firm. Here she developed many lasting relationships with co-workers and clients. She also worked with individuals and business of all shapes and sizes giving her vast accounting and tax knowledge which serves our new clients well. She is currently employed full-time as the Controller for Bulk Tank, Inc. in Park Hills, MO. Amy is also active in the management of both ACE Accounting Services, LLC and EAVES Investment Properties, LLC. In her free time, she too thoroughly enjoys spending time at home or on the road with her family. She's a dedicated dance mom to Alyssa, as well as football mom to Alec. She is also very fond of her young step-son, Johnny. Amy is always on the go and not only performs her career responsiblilities at the highest level, but also makes time to focus on being the best mom and wife to Cody and the kids. |
